• Account data: Email address, username, password (hashed)
• Coinbase API credentials: API Key ID and Private Key (PEM) that you provide when connecting your Coinbase account. These are encrypted at rest and used solely to execute trades on your behalf. We do not store your Coinbase account password.
• Trading data: Portfolio symbols, strategy settings, transaction history (for service display and analytics)
• Telegram: Telegram username or chat ID for trade alerts (if you opt in)
• Payment: Payment and subscription data are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers; Stripe handles payment processing per their privacy policy.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, access logs (for security and fraud prevention)

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Collected information is used for: service delivery, automated trading execution, account management, payment processing, customer support, security, and compliance with applicable laws. We process your data based on: (a) your consent; (b) performance of our contract with you; (c) our legitimate interests (e.g., security, fraud prevention); and (d) legal obligations where required.

4. Third-Party Services

We may transmit or share data with third parties necessary for service operation:

• Coinbase: API credentials and trading instructions are sent to Coinbase to execute trades. Coinbase's privacy policy applies to their handling of your data.
• Stripe: Payment and billing for subscriptions. Stripe's privacy policy applies.
• Telegram: Trade alerts sent via Telegram if you opt in. Telegram's privacy policy applies.

Third-Party Liability: We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security failures, data breaches, or conduct of any third party (including Coinbase, Stripe, Telegram). Any loss, disclosure, or misuse of your data by third parties is outside our control, and we assume no liability therefor. You use third-party services at your own risk.

5. Information Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only: (a) to provide the service (e.g., with Coinbase, Stripe, Telegram); (b) when required by law, court order, or government request; (c) to protect our rights or safety; (d) with your consent.

7. Data Security

• Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
• You waive any claim for damages beyond the limits set forth above. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation or exclusion of certain damages; in such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. No Warranty; Data Accuracy

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data we collect, store, or display. You are responsible for verifying any information. We assume no liability for decisions you make based on data provided through our service.
