ai Swing X™ is a SaaS platform that provides automated cryptocurrency trading through integration with your Coinbase account. The platform executes buy and sell orders automatically based on user-configured strategies (e.g., RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands).

Important: ai Swing X™ does not custody, hold, deposit, or withdraw your funds. All assets remain in your own Coinbase account. The platform only sends trading instructions via API to your connected exchange account. You are solely responsible for your Coinbase account, API keys, and all trades executed on your behalf.

Consent to Automated Trading: By connecting your Coinbase account and enabling automated strategies, you expressly consent to the platform placing buy and sell orders on your behalf via the Coinbase API. You understand that trades may execute automatically without additional confirmation from you.

4. Educational Purpose Only

This website and all related services (including data, insights, recommendations, and automated trading signals) are provided for educational and informational purposes only. No content should be interpreted as financial or investment advice. Users are encouraged to consult a qualified professional before making any investment decisions. 5. Third-Party Services

This service integrates with third parties including Coinbase (trading) and Stripe (payments). 6. Payment and Subscription

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing cycle you select. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. The website reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

7. Limitation of Liability

ai Swing X™ does not directly recommend buying or selling any specific cryptocurrency, nor does it guarantee returns. The platform provides AI-driven strategies, market insights, and analytical tools for reference only. All investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.

API Keys & Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your Coinbase API keys. Do not share them with third parties. Unauthorized use of your API keys may result in financial loss. ai Swing X™ recommends using API keys with trade and balance permissions only, and disabling withdrawal permissions for security.

12. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited: unauthorized data scraping; unauthorized access; sharing or exposing your Coinbase API keys; commercial use of the content without permission; manipulating or abusing the automated trading system; using the service for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws; and all actions that contradict the intended purpose of this website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts within the United States.

14. Force Majeure

ai Swing X™ is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, exchange or API outages, internet or power failures, or cyberattacks.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement; No Waiver

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any subscription or payment terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ai Swing X™. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
