How do I log in?
Enter your email and we will send a login link, valid for 15 minutes and usable once. You can also set a password in your profile, or sign in with Google.
I paid but paid articles are still locked.
Please check that the email used at checkout matches the email you logged in with. If they differ, send both addresses through Messages and we will link them.
How do I cancel?
Account → Purchases → Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get new-article alerts?
Enter your email in the alert box at the bottom of any page and click the link in the confirmation email. Every alert email has an unsubscribe link.
How do I delete my account?
Account → Profile → Delete account, then re-enter your email. Your subscription is cancelled immediately and this cannot be undone.
