Permitted use

Showing this to your customers or readers, or placing it in your own product or reports, needs the License plan. Ordinary quotation with attribution (aiSwingX™ and the URL) is always fine. By card through Stripe. English pages bill in US dollars and Korean pages in Korean won. Card details are processed by Stripe and never stored by us.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Go to Account → Purchases → Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund within 7 days of the first payment if you have not opened a paid article. Otherwise, fees for a billing period already paid are not refunded.
How does the Team plan work?
From 2 people at a per-person rate. The owner adds members by email; each member gets paid access as soon as they log in. Headcount can be changed at any time.
What does the License plan add?
The right to republish articles in your application, news platform or reports, plus an API key for automatic ingestion of new articles. White-label delivery without attribution is available by separate agreement.
Does the Personal plan include API access?
Yes. A Personal subscription comes with an API key. It is issued automatically when the subscription starts, and you can view, reissue or revoke it under Account → API & MCP. The key returns paid articles in full along with the per-ticker quarterly metrics, at 1,000 calls per hour and 10,000 per day. You can also set a publish webhook to receive new articles the moment they go out.
The permitted use is the same as the plan itself, however. The API on a Personal plan is for personal, non-commercial use. Showing what you receive to your customers or readers, or placing it in your own product, reports or news pages, requires the License plan.
Do you issue invoices?
Stripe issues invoices and receipts for every payment, and you can add a business tax ID at checkout.
