By card through Stripe. English pages bill in US dollars and Korean pages in Korean won. Card details are processed by Stripe and never stored by us.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Go to Account → Purchases → Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund within 7 days of the first payment if you have not opened a paid article. Otherwise, fees for a billing period already paid are not refunded.
How does the Team plan work?
From 2 people at a per-person rate. The owner adds members by email; each member gets paid access as soon as they log in. Headcount can be changed at any time.
What does the License plan add?
The right to republish articles in your application, news platform or reports, plus an API key for automatic ingestion of new articles. White-label delivery without attribution is available by separate agreement.
Do you issue invoices?
Stripe issues invoices and receipts for every payment, and you can add a business tax ID at checkout.
