What happened
Super Micro Computer (SMCI) builds AI servers, and its fiscal year ends in June.
The borrowings note in its fiscal 2026 annual report (10-K), filed on August 31, gathers lines of credit and term loans into one table. The total is $4,056.1m at June 30, 2026. A year earlier the same total was $112.5m. That is 36 times as much.
Two lines account for the change. A $2,000.0m JP Morgan revolving facility, entered into on December 29, 2025, and $1,763.5m drawn on CTBC revolving facilities. Adding CTBC credit lines of $183.2m, E.SUN at $50.0m and Chang Hwa at $25.0m gives $4,021.8m of lines of credit. Term loans are small at $34.3m.
