Sixteen items start between September 22 and October 6, 2026: nine debt and credit-facility items, two dividends, and one each for crypto, buybacks, a shareholder-proposal deadline, leases and other.
September 25 · GameStop (GME) · Crypto — At August 1 the company had covered-call option contracts on about 2,000 bitcoin outstanding, struck at $70,000, maturing through September 25. GameStop has pledged 4,709 of its 4,710 bitcoin to Coinbase and derecognized them from its balance sheet.
September 30 · Reddit (RDDT) · Reported metrics — "Beginning in the quarter ended September 30, 2026, we will no longer report logged-in and logged-out DAUq." One of the metrics investors have been tracking disappears with the third-quarter results.
September 30 · CoreWeave (CRWV) · Commitment termination — The commitment termination date for the $3.1bn delayed draw term loan facility (DDTL 5.0). Capacity not drawn by that date lapses.
September 30 · Rocket Lab (RKLB) and SoFi (SOFI) · Conversion windows close — In both cases the share-price condition (130% of the conversion price) was met, giving noteholders the right to convert between July 1 and September 30. SoFi notes that conversion in later quarters depends on the condition being met again.
September 30 · Super Micro (SMCI) · Two items — The earliest date on which the credit agreement's "investment grade period" can begin (no earlier than September 30), and the deadline for shareholder proposals for the 2027 annual meeting.
September 30 and October 1 · Broadcom (AVGO) and Oracle (ORCL) · Dividends — Broadcom pays $0.65 a share on September 30 to holders of record on September 21. For Oracle, October 1 is the record date for the mandatory convertible preferred dividend (paid October 15) and October 9 the record date for the common dividend (paid October 23).
During October · Apple (AAPL), AMD, Dell (DELL), GameStop, CrowdStrike (CRWD) — Apple's accelerated share repurchase purchase periods end in the fourth quarter, fixing the final number of shares delivered. AMD's $100m term loan receivable from an investee matures in October, as do Dell Bank's €500m eurobonds. CrowdStrike has operating leases commencing between October 2026 and August 2027.
October 3 and 5 · Super Micro and AST SpaceMobile (ASTS) — Super Micro's Mega Bank term loan matures on October 3; ASTS's draw period under the Sound Point facility expires October 5, with a 180-day extension option for a 1% fee.
A little further out
October 13 brings Snowflake's (SNOW) motion-to-dismiss deadline, October 24 the scheduled termination of Larry Ellison's trading plan at Oracle, October 28 two bellwether trials for Meta (META), and October 30 the expiry of Tim Cook's trading plan at Apple. In December, Tesla's (TSLA) sales restrictions tied to the SpaceX IPO expire and Oklo (OKLO) loses emerging growth company status.
